The ski centre "Pigadia" stands in altitude 1430-2005m. and is linked to the city with a paved road. It is one of the most modern ski centres in Greece with completed installations for tourist-athletic skiing. It allocates ski runs of each degree of difficulty and cross country ski runs (langlauf), elevated double chair lift, 5 ski lifts and baby lifts. "Pigadia" is the only ski centre of the country that allocates a system of artificial snowing.
